PASTA CHEFS IN THE MAKING

It was smiles all round for budding pasta chefs at Nonnas Chesterfield First Cookery course on Monday 15th February 2016!

The ten passionate budding home cooks learnt to make a classic egg dough and shape up Italian favourites like tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle, rigatoni; the perfectly soft purple potato gnocchi and delicious ragu, pesto & ricotta dressings for their creations in a master class led by Head Chef Jamie Taylor, Sous Chef Carl Sooki & Event Organiser Chiara Albrizio, Sommelier Pasquale Pollio.

Smiles all round! Excellent job everyone!
