The next region in our Italian culinary tour couldn’t be closer to our heart.
April is the turn of our home – Tuscany.
The beautiful region is our inspiration and you don't need to look far to find out why. Regularly referred to as a "museum under the sky", it is regarded as the birthplace of the Italian renaissance.
Simplicity is central to Tuscan cuisine - legumes, bread, cheese, vegetables, mushrooms and fresh fruit are popular ingredients.
Beef of the highest quality comes from the Chiana Valley, specifically a breed known as Chianina used for Florentine steak. Chianti is arguably the region's most well known wine.
