The Coravin technique allows wine to be enjoyed whilst the cork is left in place.

A thin hollow needle passes through the cork to access the wine whilst safeguarding it from oxidation.

The Coravin  truly makes great wines more accessible by the glass! It’s available in 125ml glasses.

Fine white wines include Bastianich Vespa Bianco and Vintage Tunina Jermann Bianco.
