‘Elvis’ digs deep for earthquake appeal – Tickets now on sale

Nonnas proprietor Maurizio Mori is set to perform a one-off Elvis show to raise money for the Italian town of Amatrice which was hit by a disastrous earthquake a few weeks ago.

The event is set to take place on Sunday, December 11th and you can now get the tickets for just £20 and they include complimentary glass of prosecco!

The menu will comprise either rigattoni matriciana or risotto funghi (mushroom risotto).

Nonnas has been putting its full weight behind the relief effort for the town of Amatrice and donating £1 from every single pasta dish sold throughout September.

Amatrice – which was close to the epi-centre of the quake – was virtually flattened by the disaster that caused almost 300 deaths.

Maurizo Mori said: “I only do my Elvis show on very special occasions and there’s nothing more deserving than this appeal.”

Tickets can be purchased from Nonnas via Sheffield@nonnas.co.uk or call 0114 268 6166.
