They’ve captured the very essence of our brand and regularly gone above and beyond the call of duty.
So we’ve now rewarding outstanding service on a regular basis with our Nonnas Employee of the Month Award.
Laura Coe is our May winner from the kitchen side of the business.
She is our chef de partie and has risen through the ranks over the past five years and helped many different areas of the business.
Laura is a great team player and has done everything from waitressing to potwashing with us in the past.
Few people are more versatile – something that was spotted by our head chef Ross Sayles who has worked closely with her as she has developed her skills in the kitchen.
When she’s not working at Nonnas you’ll find her fishing – she loves it – or looking after her dogs.
Originally from Darnall, she now lives with her boyfriend in the Ecclesall area.
Her favourite aspect of working here? “I love being part of the Nonnas family.”
