Over the years Nonnas has had the privilege of employing some truly exemplary staff. 

They’ve captured the very essence of our brand and regularly gone above and beyond the call of duty.

So we’ve now decided to reward outstanding service on a regular basis with our Nonnas Employee of the Month Award.

We will pick an employee from a different side of the business each time. 

The inaugural winner is Luz Merino Crespo from the restaurant side.

She is one of our most driven and motivated members of staff and has a fantastic rapport with our customers. 

Originating from Santander in Spain, she originally joined the Nonnas team two years ago and is rarely without a smile on her face.

She loves working in the “Nonnnas family” and nothing pleases her more than “getting to know the customers”.

One thing she does miss from her coastal home in Spain is the easily available fish. Thankfully her dad attends to her every need when she goes back home to visit.

Luz is responsible and hard working. She started as a waitress and is now a supervisor.
